  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Some products (such as the Disaster Deck) may be sold through third-party retailers like Amazon. Purchases made through those platforms are subject to that retailer's own terms and policies, not these Terms.

Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you're authorized to use that payment method.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout.

  • If your Grab + Go Box was damaged or used during an actual disaster event, contact us at contact@terrafrma.com — replacement policies for Terra Frma customers are outlined in our FAQ.
